| This Entrepreneurial Training Course is a six day, 21 hour course, 9:00 - 12:30 PM each day.
All participants must be able to commit to attend no less than four (4) sessions in order to graduate. Special provisions will be made for individuals who need to make up the one or two sessions they may have missed.

- Anyone who is thinking about starting a business and requires information and education on the process.
- Those individuals who are already in business who now recognize the importance of business planning.
COURSE CONTENT
CLASS 1 covers defining the characteristics of an entrepreneur; an entrepreneurial assessment; missions and goals; government and economic development sources of information; history and background of principal business owner.
CLASS 2 centers around assessing your potential customers; market analysis, competitive analysis; defining your products/services, and personal budgeting and credit.
CLASS 3 targets the legal aspects of starting a business; business management; personnel; business location and operations policy and procedures.
CLASS 4 covers marketing strategy, sales presentation; recordkeeping; chart of accounts; tax and licensing requirements and obtaining a DUNS number.
CLASS 5 teaches you how to establish your start up costs; sales; cost of goods sold; operating expenses; cash flow statements, pricing, and wages and taxes.
CLASS 6 shows you how to establish your break even point; assessing your financial needs; business planning; financing your business, and preparing a business outline.
